That being said, I’d like to highlight a realization of mine.
I am feeling well NOT because I have yet to reduce enough of the medication to feel a difference. I am mostly well because of the supplements that I'm taking!
Sunday was proof of this. Sunday I woke up at about 9am, I took the Beta-1 3-D Glucan on an empty stomach, as it instructs to do. After the shower I took the Neuro Endure. But I never took all of the other supplements until about 4pm. I began feeling tremendously dizzy with a headache that hit the left side of my skull. I was holding my niece and whenever I moved my head to look around I was extremely disoriented. I began seeing swirls every time I moved, and my balance and coordination was WAY OFF. I passed the baby on to someone else and went inside to take the supplements. Within about 15 minutes or less, I felt normal again. For the rest of the evening I had a headache and went to bed with it, but normal otherwise. Point taken. Do not be so inconsistent with supplement intake.
I knew that these symptoms were that of withdrawal because months ago I had forgotten to take the Effexor before going to bed. The following day I went to work and then hit the gym after, and as I walked on the treadmill, I kept losing my footing, and I was very disoriented. I would see movement in flashes of doubles and triples. For those of you that have never experienced this, a good example is given in the movie Limitless. When the main character withdraws from the pill he takes, his vision and perception of reality changes. THAT is what it looks like, and feels like. So, Sundays symptoms weren’t new to me, it was just surprising. Here I was thinking that I was just not at a point that my body was noticing the reduction, nope; that wasn’t it at all. If it weren't for these supplements, I would DEFINITELY be feeling the difference, and I would be feeling horrible!
That's all for now, I have my noon time supplements to take.
